“As a family we have been greatly reassured that Dad has had the best possible care and support, both physically and mentally. He’s had such high levels of anxiety during this lockdown, but the carers have managed to bring a stability which has calmed him down. Their patience is unmatched, and don’t seem to be phased by his ups and downs.

It’s been very hard not to be able to go in and spend time with Dad, but we know he’s been in the best hands. We couldn’thave managed without the support of the Evelyn Grace girls”.

"I felt blessed when I chose Evelyn Grace to care for Dad"      

“I am so, so grateful for the way I have been supported throughout his care too. Keeping me informed and putting my mind at rest when I’ve had concerns, especially recently when I’ve been unable to get down to see Dad. Having chats with people about heating problems or shopping, as well as all the stuff with doctors, ambulances and getting Dad downstairs.. at a time when frankly you’ve got enough to do!

And of course for putting yourselves at risk by continuing to work when many of us are sitting at home on our backsides. I am humbled and my hat goes off to all of you.

On top of all the nightmare of Covid I know Dad has not been an easy customer recently so

I thank you from the bottom of my heart to for the care, patience and love you’ve shown to him despite his belligerence (his own word to describe himself!)

"Your usual exceptional standard of service has not wavered "

“We have been delighted that your usual exceptional standard of service has not wavered during the pandemic. With visits by family members being largely off the agenda, the good humour and empathy of your Carers has been vital to the continued wellbeing of my mother in law.  
When she was discovered on the floor after a fall by a member of your team, the response was fantastic. An ambulance was called, my mother in law was fully supported by someone she knows and trusts and we were kept up to date throughout. Fortunately she was not badly injured and hospitalisation was unnecessary. However, greater care and support were needed for the days immediately after the incident and, once again, Evelyn Grace did not let her down.
The weekly updates about Covid 19 have also been a great communication tool, both reassuring and informative.”

Where would we be without Evelyn Grace Ltd? The carers are our angels! In these unprecedented times they have gone above and beyond in their care for my Father, and indeed my sanity too! Nothing is too much for them, they have adhered to the strict guidelines of this pandemic, as they always have done pre-pandemic. I can rest easy if I’m not around knowing that Evelyn Grace Ltd. will care for my Father to the best of their abilities – this gives me peace of mind and you can’t put a price on that. Thank you – you are amazing!

We’re so grateful to the whole team’s dedication and hard work in supporting Mum, and us, in these extraordinary and difficult times. 
You have never let us down; in fact you’ve often gone beyond the call of duty. 
Every day you have given us such a sense of reassurance that Mum is looked after in a caring, calm and professional way, even as you have all had to adapt to new procedures and the wearing of uncomfortable PPE. 
We realise you have your own families to think of too and we truly appreciate any sacrifices you may have had to make.

"I will always be truly grateful"

These times have been challenging but the worst thing for me has been not being able to see Mum & Dad. For the elderly it has been a time of great fear, but knowing they had such great daily care for our family has been a God send.
Mum & Dad haven’t fully understood what COVID has meant on a day to day basis, and actually at 90 do they need to? 
This is where your team has been so great and for that I will always be truly grateful. They have kept it normal to them in a world where most of us have had to find our own new normal. 
The girls have shown kindness beyond the call of duty, from the letters posted, the offers of shopping, a beautiful bunch of daffodils left on one of the greyest days, the almond biscuits given, having to become hairdressers and work out curlers, and just a daily smile .....THANK YOU… 
Liz has always been on the end of phone for sensible calm advice again I’m very grateful…
Let’s hope at some point soon our new normal becomes normal and we can all see each other soon.

"We have peace of mind and we know she is in good hands"

Our family is very pleased that our Mum is being looked after in the daily visits from your team. When the pandemic hit, not only was our holiday cancelled but we wouldn't be able to visit at all. We know that she is getting company, that her needs are being cared for her and that the house, and our Mum, wasn't going to rack and ruin! She enjoys the visits from the carers and looks forward to seeing them.
Thanks to you, and your team, we have peace of mind and we know she is in good hands.

"Caring and cheerful and I look forward to their visits"

All of the carers I have had over these weeks have been lovely. They are caring and cheerful and I look forward to their visits. They must all have their own problems but are always willing to listen to my moans and we usually end up having a laugh! God bless you all.£
