what makes us different

We’re truly local

Our team lives and works in the communities we serve – and we’re never far away.

Hands-on leadership

Our managers don’t sit in offices – they’re out on calls, side by side with the care team.

Care that’s never rushed

We take time to build trust, provide continuity, and treat every person with respect.

We see the person

Before support begins, we take the time to understand who you are.

The Evelyn Grace story

Our name is a tribute to Evelyn Grace Gilkison – a beloved grandmother whose strength and warmth continue to inspire everything we do.

When co-founder Emma Devenny, Evelyn’s granddaughter, couldn’t find the level of care her grandmother deserved, she set out to build something better. Armed with years of nursing experience and a vision for real change, Emma founded Evelyn Grace Ltd in 2008.

The red Gerbera Daisy, Evelyn’s favourite flower, now stands as a symbol of our values – love, dignity, joy, and care without compromise. It represents being "completely immersed in love".
